We, Cloudy June, band and crew, want everyone to feel comfortable and safe at our concerts. Concerts are spaces with many people in close proximity – they can easily feel overwhelming or intense. Some may feel uncomfortable for different reasons. To offer support in such situations, we have developed this Awareness Concept for our 2025 tour, which we will continuously reflect on and improve.

At all shows, there will be Awareness contact persons who are part of our touring crew and specially trained to offer support. You can reach out to them anytime – if you feel uncomfortable or overwhelmed, or if you experience or witness boundary violations, violence, or discrimination.

Our Awareness contact persons respond empathetically, confidentially, and in solidarity. They take the side of the affected person, respect individual boundaries, and follow the principle that only a clear “yes” means consent. Everything shared with them remains confidential.

• The Awareness contact persons will be identifiable by fairy lights.

• There will be an Awareness Point at a quiet, clearly marked location at the venue.

• You can reach them via phone/messenger (WhatsApp, Messages, Telegram) starting two hours before until two hours after the show.

• The Awareness email is available both for questions in advance and as a feedback tool, open until one week after the tour.
